Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Capital Improvement Project - Phase I for the Campbell-Savona Central School District. The project consists of multiple prime contracts for Roofing Work, General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work, to be performed in accordance with the Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC. Bidding documents and bid forms may be examined at several builders exchange offices and are available electronically through specified portals. Bid documents may be ordered in electronic or paper format, with associated fees. Bid security, such as a certified check or Bid Bond, must accompany each bid according to the specified terms. All bids must comply with the requirements in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. Bidders' attention is called to employment conditions and minimum wage requirements under the contract. Section 220-I of NYS Labor Law compliance and Certificate of Registration are required as part of the bid submission. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five days after the opening of bids unless claimed by error as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
