Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Campbell, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The work includes installation of the prefabricated metal building, associated wall and roof insulation, and full height liner panels provided by ClearSpan Structures. All bids must be submitted on the Bid Forms contained in the Contract Documents. Bidders are required to include a certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Town of Campbell, or a satisfactory Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid, along with a fully completed non-collusion affidavit. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. This project requires compliance with New York State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Town of Campbell reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, or negotiate contract amounts.
