The scope includes replacing the entire septic system per the Florida Department of Environmental Protection permit specifications. All damage to the yard created by the work must be restored to the original grade and seeded for stabilization. Any fencing or landscaping removed for repairs must be restored to its original condition. All drains must be tied into the new system and soil pipe extended above the roof line. The contractor is required to return during the warranty period to repair any settled areas and, if necessary, re-grade and re-seed. Additional tasks outside the outlined scope require written county approval before they are performed.
