Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Brown County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Questions can be delivered via email to: bcpurchasing@browncountywi.gov Remove existing furnaces (2) and air conditioning units (2). Note existing model number of the furnace is 58SX100-CC. Replace with new models to include 2 new furnaces and 2 new air conditioning units. Provided labor and new furnaces, A Coil and outdoor condenser. Provide new supply and return ductwork translon. Connect existing gas line and venting for new furnace. Perform start up, commissioning and calibration. Furnaces must be at least 110,000 BTUs and air conditioning units must be equivalent or better than the existing. Updated controls as necessary. Replace three thermostats. All work is to be coordinated with Landside Maintenance and the tenant of the building that work is being performed in. Airport Badging is not required for this project.
