Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment in association with the Emergency Road and Bridge Repair Fund Project No. ERBR-21(01) for the Greene County Board of Supervisors, Old Avera Road / Martin Luther King Drive, as described in and reflected by the plans and specifications. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the bidder to whom plans and proposals have been issued by the County Engineer and whose name appears on the official list of plan holders. The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal. All proposals shall be submitted on bid forms provided with the specifications, in person or electronically under the project page. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or email proposals will be considered. Proposals must be returned in the original binding or electronic file as issued. Incomplete documents will not be eligible for consideration. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate on the blank bid forms provided and must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Greene County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. Any person contemplating the submission of a Bid shall thoroughly examine all parts of these Contract Documents and, should there be any doubt as to the meaning or intent of said Contract Documents, the Bidder should request an interpretation thereof from the Project Engineer Question Deadline 12/05/2025
