Description

Proposals are invited for Contract #2026-13PS for the position of On Call Engineer. Proposals must be submitted on the standard proposal form, enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Township Clerk. The proposal must include the consultant's name and address, contract name, and contract number on the envelope. One original, one copy, and a CD/Flash drive of the proposal must be submitted. Proposals not received by the specified time, date, and place will be rejected. Consultants are responsible for proper addressing if using public or private mailing. Proposals must comply with Affirmative Action Requirements. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any proposals in whole or in part that do not comply with the specifications or statutory requirements, and may waive informalities as deemed in its best interest. All contract documents must be submitted intact as per the proposal checklist, and any physical changes to the proposal form must be initialed or signed by the Consultant.
