The Township of Old Bridge invites sealed bids for Contract #2025-59, titled GENERAL CONTRACTOR - TIME & MATERIAL. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form and enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Township Clerk. Bidders must include one original, one copy, and a CD/Flash drive of the bid proposal. All bids should be delivered to the Township Clerk's Office before the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal should be ten percent (10%) of the maximum delivered price, not exceeding twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), provided as a certified check or a bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in New Jersey. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and specified New Jersey statutory requirements. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive informalities if deemed to be in its best interest. All contract documents must be submitted intact according to the bidder’s checklist. Physical changes in the bid form must be signed or initialed by the bidder.
