The work is for snow removal on Township roadways. Bidders must submit sealed bids using the standard proposal form. Proposals must include one original, one copy, and a CD/flash drive. The bid package must not be disassembled or duplicated. Envelopes must be properly labeled with the contract number, contract name, and bidder's information. All submissions must comply with Affirmative Action Requirements and the required bid guaranty of 10% of the maximum delivered price, not to exceed $20,000, which can be in the form of a certified check or bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in New Jersey. All erasures, interpolations, or physical changes in the bid form must be signed or initialed by the bidder. All contract documents must be submitted intact according to the bidder's checklist. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities as deemed in its best interest.
