FPA No. 04043.016 Sealed bids are invited for Contract #2026-38 Mannino Park Bocce Courts, Basketball Court, Playground & Site Improvements. All bids must be received at the Township of Old Bridge Clerk's Office before the designated deadline and should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, and the project name clearly indicated. The bid package must include one original, one copy, and a flash drive of the bid proposal, and should not be disassembled or duplicated. The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal must be ten percent (10%) of the maximum delivered price, not to exceed $20,000, and may be in the form of a certified check or a bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in New Jersey. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action, the Americans with Disabilities Act, relevant New Jersey statutes, and all contract documents must be submitted intact in accordance with the bidder's checklist. All physical changes in the bid form must be initialed or signed by the bidder. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities as deemed in the Township's best interest. In order to comply with statutory notice requirements, all questions must be received by the Purchasing Manager no later than eight (8) days prior to the bid opening date.
