Roulain Road Culvert Replacement and Cedar Creek Drainage Project Demolition Erosion Control Storm Drainage Erosion Control Grading Concrete Ditch Paving Traffic Control Labor, equipment, materials, and any incidentals required to complete the work for the Roulain Road Culvert Replacement and Cedar Creek Drainage Project. Requirements include compliance with the Alabama Code Title 39, Alabama Public Works Law. All bids must be marked with the word "Bid" on the outside of the bid package, the bid proposal for the City of Argo Storm Drainage Project, the bid date, and the Alabama General Contractor's License Number. All bids must be submitted on provided bid forms. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Argo in an amount not less than five percent of the bid, but no more than $10,000, must accompany the proposal. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of insurance are required at contract signing.
