Requirements include compliance with the Alabama Code Title 39, Alabama Public Works Law. All bids must be marked with the word "Bid" on the outside of the bid package, the bid proposal for the City of Argo Storm Drainage Project, the bid date, and the Alabama General Contractor's License Number. All bids must be submitted on provided bid forms. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Argo in an amount not less than five percent of the bid, but no more than $10,000, must accompany the proposal.
