The contract includes the following work: the contract generally includes but is not limited to the full service of the supply, delivery, and transportation (supply and delivery) of magnetite (per pound) to the owner's wastewater treatment plant (wwtp). The work for this project is to be completed on as required basis to be determined by the owner. The west goshen township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the west goshen township, and to reject any or all proposals.
