As of May 08, 2026, project is canceled. Project is no longer needed. Bradford Township, McKean County will be accepting sealed bids for paving projects including T605 Gates Hollow (.44 mile), T330 Bottom of Songbird (Owens Way/South Ave) (.03 mile), and T338 Congress Street (Congress & South Ave) with 710 linear feet of milling of bituminous paving notch, 1959 square yards of milling of bituminous pavement, 1011 tons of WMA binder course (19.0 mm mix, 50 Gyrations), and 606 tons of WMA wearing course (9.5 mm mix, 50 Gyrations). All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Township and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Bradford Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project.
