Sealed proposals are requested for the provision of professional services for the Borough for calendar year 2026. The services include, but are not limited to, Municipal Attorney, Municipal Auditor, Municipal Bond Counsel, Municipal Financial Advisor, Municipal Engineer, Municipal Planner, Municipal Grant Writer, Municipal Prosecutor, Municipal Assistant Prosecutor, Municipal Public Defender, Municipal Assistant Public Defender, Municipal Tax Appeal Attorney, Municipal Labor Attorney, Municipal Planning Board Attorney, Municipal Planning Board Engineer, and Municipal Planning Board Planner. Proposals must be submitted using the specified forms either by email and in printed, sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the appropriate service. Proposals must be prepared on the forms provided and delivered by the specified deadline. Proposals received late or not on the correct forms may be rejected. Respondents must comply with affirmative action and non-discrimination requirements. The Borough may waive informalities or irregularities and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
