The District will not respond to questions received after this date If any potential Bidder contemplating to submit a proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the specifications or other Contract documents, such inquiry should be submitted online at the Districts website The contact person for this Contract is Ms. Megan Strand-Jordan. Ms. Strand-Jordan will provide online responses to online inquiries. Tenders are invited to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, parts and appurtenances, including transportation, to perform maintenance and repair services to industrial manual and electrically operated overhead doors in the Stickney Service Area, Calumet Service Area, and North Service Area. Work shall commence upon approval of the Contractor's Bond, and terminate thirty-six (36) months thereafter, or upon expenditure of available funds, whichever occurs sooner. LOCATIONS The work specified under this Contract shall be performed at the Districts various plants, facilities, and properties throughout Cook County, IL, as set forth in the attached Detailed Specifications Bidders may submit a bid for any Group or combination of Groups as set forth in the Proposal. When submitting a proposal for any group or combination of groups, the Bidder must bid on every Item in that Group or the bid for that group will be considered non-responsive. For any Group not bid, the Bidder shall insert "NO BID" in the appropriate place.
