The Municipal District of Bighorn No.8 is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Commercial Janitorial Services for two (2) facilities. The Administration offices located at #2 Heart Mtn. Drive and the Operational Services offices located at 91001 Highway 1A. The intent of this RFP is to secure a one (1) year contract with a commercial cleaner with the option to renew annually for up to an additional two (2) years through a change order that will be issued by the M.D. of Bighorn.
