Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buna, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.
All interested proposers shall contact N&T Construction Co., Inc., the Construction Manager-At-Risk to obtain a copy of the request for proposals. Two copies of the proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received no later than 2:00 pm on November 13, 2025, at the specified location, or they may be emailed to the provided contact. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at the Buna ISD Administration Building. Questions may be submitted in writing to the Architect by the stated deadline. The Construction Manager-At-Risk and the District reserve the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any irregularities or informalities, and make changes and awards as deemed in the best interest of the District. By submitting a proposal, subcontractors agree to waive any claims against the District, Architect/Engineer, and Construction Manager arising out of or in connection with the proposal process, and accept the terms regarding the evaluation, acceptance, or rejection of any proposal and the award of a contract.
