The Texas General Land Office seeks a highly skilled contractor for demolition, removal, and disposal of derelict piers in Copano Bay, Texas. The project consists of the demolition, removal, and disposal of derelict piers in Bayside and on Egery Island in Copano Bay. The awarded contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all components of these pier structures, including but not limited to, beams, girders, and bearing piles. The Texas General Land Office ("GLO") seeks a highly skilled contractor for demolition, removal and disposal of derelict piers in Copano Bay Texas (the "Project"). Class 912 / Item 40; Class 959 / Item 35; Class 959 / Item 90 The Project consists of the demolition, removal and disposal of eight (8) derelict piers in Bayside and six (6) derelict piers on Egery Island in Copano Bay. Awarded Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all components of these pier structures, including but not limited to, beams, girders, and bearing piles. Respondent must develop and submit a technical proposal including a realistic schedule for the completion of the Project based on available manpower in its project schedule with the Solicitation Response. All the above shall include exemplary attention to the protection of surrounding environment and existing natural resources. The Contractor shall, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local law and regulation, properly dispose of all debris, refuse, and other materials collected in the course of performing the Project.
