Site work for a water / sewer project in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this RFP is to open bids to construct storm drainage and site improvements needed at Outpatient Medical Center (OMC) located at 1640 Breazeale Springs Street Natchitoches, LA 71457. The contractor shall certify that he is licensed under R.S. 37:2150-2164 and show his license number, classification, contract number, and contract name on the bid envelope. The project shall be classified as Construction of Storm Drainage and Site Improvements, and the contractor shall be licensed to do work under this classification. Bids received and must include a required bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. The bid bond shall be forfeited if the bidder fails to execute the contract or fails to comply with any provision necessary for the execution of the contract. Should the forfeited bid bond in any manner be limited or not payable on demand, the contractor will be deemed in breach of contract. 12/16/2025 Board consideration of review committee recommendation Interested Bidders may contact Tinamarie Conant, Facility Administrator, at Outpatient Medical Center, Inc. at 318-354-5622 to arrange a time to inspect the documents.
