The project is located on I-90 in Mineral County from RP 0.0, beginning at the IdahoMontana border near Lookout Pass, to RP 3.4, west of the Dena Mora rest area. Improvements will include replacing deteriorated pavement with new concrete pavement, interchange safety enhancements at Lookout Pass, wildlife accommodations, and drainage and culvert replacements. The notice to proceed will be issued with an effective date of April 15, 2026. Contract Time. Contract time assessment will begin on the notice to proceed date issued by the Department or as changed by the Contractor, whichever is earlier. Work is to be completed in 320 working days.
