The procurement is subject to various compliance requirements including loan program procedures, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, the Illinois Works Jobs Program Act Apprenticeship Initiative, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise policy, and 'Use of American Iron and Steel' requirements.
