Scope of work includes approximately 40,000 sf new construction, single-level industrial building, Type II-B Construction, Storage occupancy, fully sprinklered, with steel preengineered metal building frame. Exterior wall and parapets include metal panels, with aluminum framed glass exterior storefront assemblies with membrane roof. Site work includes paving, fine grading, utilities and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents Project is located at 220 Industrial Circle, Iowa Park, Texas. The City of Iowa Park reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all proposals.
