Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The failure to attend this meeting will not prevent any interested bidder from submitting a bid once the bid advertisement is published. Officials will be onsite to discuss the design, installation and construction process for approximately 4-6 miles of off-road mountain bike trails/NICA routes. hosting an optional in-person, on-site, Pre-Bid Meeting to discuss construction of mountain bike trails at the Richmond Regional Sports Complex (Pioneer Park). This meeting is not mandatory, but highly recommended. The failure to attend this meeting will not prevent any interested bidder from submitting a bid once the bid advertisement is published. Officials will be onsite to discuss the design, installation and construction process for approximately 4-6 miles of off-road mountain bike trails/NICA routes This project consists of trail design and construction of approximately 5.5 miles of singletrack mountain bike trails following the MadCATR Design. The Proposal should include the required elements listed below, however trail contractors are encouraged to be creative in their proposals to provide an exciting, inclusive and progressive trail experience for riders of all skill levels. Proposal shall utilize the trail orientation and general recommendations of the MadCATR Design. Contractors are encouraged to be creative in presenting their most progression-oriented and inclusive proposal. The selection committee is looking for an exciting trail system that is capable of hosting regional level or state championship NICA races while offering an experience that encourages local and regional riders to regularly visit and ride Question Deadline 12/02/2025 Any questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed to Lisa Cassity in writing by email to: lcassity@richmondky.gov All questions must be received in writing.
