Description

Site work for a communication facility in Winner, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.

Bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the Finance office at 325 South Monroe Street, Winner SD, 57580, on or before the specified deadline. All envelopes must be sealed and marked "Primary Cable". Bids will be publicly opened and recorded at the stated time and location, and bidders are invited to be present. The city of Winner reserves the right to reject any bid. Scope of work includes providing Primary Cable as described below: Product #1: 27,000 ft. of 4/0 STR 15KV 220, 4/0 ALUM FILL STRAND 220MIL, supplied in 10 reels of 2,750 ft. per reel, +/-5%. Product reference: Okonite 162-23-3081 EPR or equal or better. Product #2: 27,750 ft. of 1/0 ALUM FILL STRAND 220MIL, FULL NEUTRAL, supplied in 10 reels of 2,750 ft. per reel. Product reference: Okonite 163-23-3072 EPR or equal or better.
