Site work for a residential development in Ponder, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for the Major Infrastructure work covering approximately 6.2 acres in Denton County, Texas. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to DR Horton-Texas LTD on behalf of Ponder Farms Municipal Utility District of Denton County. Bids are to be delivered via DR Horton's engineer, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. A certified or cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bond, amounting to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid, must accompany each submission. The successful bidder must enter into a contract and furnish bonds as required within fifteen (15) days of the notice of award, or the security will be forfeited. The owner may reject any or all bids or waive any informalities and technicalities. Each bidder must be represented at a mandatory pre-bid conference, either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams, or bids will not be accepted from that bidder. PROJECT NO.
