A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of furnishing a new genset and automatic transfer switch, and delivered to the project site. The place where the Goods are to be delivered is the Town of Ponder Robinson Rd. 3.60 MGD Pump Station site, located approximately 1,265 feet west from the intersection w/ Robinson Rd., which is located approximately 2,375 feet south of the intersection of Robinson Rd and FM 2449, Ponder, Texas, or a site within the city limits of the Town of Ponder, Texas to be designated by OWNER. The final location of delivery shall be coordinated with the ENGINEER, OWNER and the OWNER'S CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR for the Robinson Rd. 3.60 MGD Pump Station project. Hard copies may be obtained at the above location upon a refundable deposit of $75 for each set. Deposits shall be refunded if the plans and specifications are returned to Belcheff & Associates, Inc., in useable condition within 10-days of the bid opening. Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds The OWNER further intends to order the preparation of equipment submittals and manufacturer prepared shop drawings, review and approve same, and authorize fabrication and assembly of equipment. After fabrication and assembly has begun and before delivery, OWNER intends to enter into a separate contract with a general construction contractor for installation of the equipment. The OWNER has determined that utilizing this procurement method should result in expediting the overall project completion time for the Robinson Rd. 3.60 MGD Pump Station & Ground Storage Tank Site Improvements project and while also providing the Town of Ponder with the best value in securing long-lead manufactured equipment. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders.
