Sealed bids are solicited for Upper Dublin Public Library Renovations located in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Bids are requested for General Construction, Plumbing Construction (including Sprinkler), Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction. The Project consists of 12,000 square feet of heavy interior renovations in the existing library building, including the existing auditorium, a new café area, and new community rooms. Bids must conform to all requirements outlined in the bidding documents. Instructions to bidders include: registration with the Architect is required before accessing bidding documents by emailing Jason Mulligan and providing the company name, address, work discipline, contact name, and email. Bids should be addressed appropriately and must be submitted by the specified deadline. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid, reject any or all bids, or award any contract in the best interest of the Owner. No oral interpretations will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the drawings and specifications.
