Location, Scope of Work These Special Provisions cover in general the reconfiguration of drainage facilities within Eleanor Avenue and the Johnston Park Pool parking lot. The work to be performed consists of trenching, pipe installation, manhole installation surface restoration, and associated work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and shall perform all work necessary to complete the subject project in place and make all required connections to the existing drainage system as shown on the Plans and as specified herein The City of Sacramento's Local Business Development program establishes an annual local business enterprise (LBE) participation goal for City contracts, and authorizes City departments to require minimum LBE participation levels in individual contracts. Under City Code section 3.60.270, all bidding contractors must meet or exceed the minimum LBE participation requirement specified in the contract's bid specifications to qualify as a responsive bidder.
