This fourth phase consists of modernizing four (4) escalators, more specifically those bearing identification numbers 5, 6, 11 and 12, and installing gutter systems that will be used for oil recovery for the stairs bearing identification numbers 3, 4, 15 and 16. The PUBLIC BODY reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a BIDDER if this request is sent to it less than THREE (3) business days before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of Submissions. Delivery schedule The modernization work on the escalators must be carried out during the summer period between May 25 and August 21, 2026. The installation work for the gutter systems must be carried out between July 1 and 31, 2026. All works must be accepted with reservation (provisional acceptance) on or before 21 August 2026 and accepted without reservation (final acceptance) on or before 21 September 2026.
