This project includes the complete demolition and removal of the CAPPA South A modular building located on the University of Texas at Arlington campus. All utilities servicing the building-including electrical, water, gas, and data--will be cut and capped by UTA within five feet of the building perimeter prior to demolition activities. The demolition contractor will be responsible for the full removal of the modular structures, including selective demolition and replacement of adjacent concrete surfaces as required to restore the site. Additionally, the contractor shall protect or remove designated trees, signage, handrails, and sidewalks as identified in the site plan or by UTA representatives. Upon completion of demolition, the site shall be graded to a level condition suitable for future development or landscaping. All debris and materials generated during demolition shall be hauled off-site by the contractor, with an emphasis on recycling and salvaging materials wherever feasible to support sustainability goals. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform demolition of CAPPA South buildings on the camous of the University of Texas at Arlington.
