Bath Community Schools is accepting sealed bid proposals for the 'Building Security System' bid package. All questions must be addressed to the Superintendent-Building Security RFP. Bidders must provide a familial disclosure statement per MCL 380.1267, which must be sworn and notarized, disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent. Bids that do not include this disclosure statement will not be accepted. Bidders must also provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any relationship with any Iranian Company in compliance with Act No. 517. Bids must remain firm for acceptance for 90 days. Projects are subject to prevailing wages. Late bids will not be accepted, and Bath Community Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. BATH COMMUNITY SCHOOLS is soliciting quotations for Building Security System. BATH COMMUNITY SCHOOLS has selected a design that includes installation of a classroom door barrier system, a high visibility hallway wayfinding placard system, an integrated wireless lock down warning system that activates visual alerts throughout the facility, and wireless lighting and security enabling software system, window and door protective covering, facility mapping and full implementation with training for all students and staff. While we understand all bidders may not be able to bid the exact design, a close facsimile will be given full consideration. BATH COMMUNITY SCHOOLS is requesting a quotation for full installation of the integrated system in all of its school buildings consisting of Bath Elementary School, Bath Middle School and Bath High School.
