Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bath, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Bath Community Schools is accepting sealed bid proposals at Bath High School, Central Office-Door #2, 6175 E. Clark Rd., Bath, MI, for the "BCS STEAM Studio" bid package. Bids will be opened and publicly read at the same location, on the designated date and time. Bidding documents may be obtained at the Bath Community Schools Administration Office. All bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267, including a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent. Bidders must also disclose any relationship with any Iranian Company in compliance with Act No. 517, accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement. Proposals shall remain firm for acceptance for a period of 90 days. These projects are subject to prevailing wages. Bath Community Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and will not consider or accept late bids. The district seeks a unified system that brings together real-world, project-based STEAM learning; integrated hands-on tools and technologies; multimodal digital curriculum; sustained professional learning; purposefully designed learning environments; and long-term partnership and support. The selected solution must enable elementary students to engage in authentic, hands-on STEAM challenges that build durable skills; empower educators through evidence-based professional learning and coaching; provide ageappropriate tools, equipment, and technologies that bring ideas to life; offer guidance for flexible, active learning environments and room Project Goals Bath Community School District seeks to implement a comprehensive elementary school STEAM learning solution aging, equitable learning experience for all students in grades k 5. The goals of this project include, but are not limited to, the following: Goal 1: Strengthen Real-World, Project-Based STEAM Learning Provide middle school students with interdisciplinary STEAM experiences that promote hands-on exploration, creativity, collaboration, engineering design, artistic expression, and real-world problemsolving aligned to Michigan and national standards. Goal 2: Build Durable Skills to Support Future College, Career, and Life Readiness Engage students in authentic challenges that develop communication, critical thinking, adaptability, digital literacy, creativity, collaboration, and other durable skills that prepare them for future academic and career pathways. Goal 3: Empower Educators Through Sustained Professional Learning Provide educators with structured professional learning, ongoing coaching, and job-embedded support that build facilitation capacity, deepen STEAM pedagogical skills, and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation. Goal 4: Integrate Purpose-Built Tools, Technology, and Equipment Equip classrooms with developmentally appropriate robotics platforms, engineering tools, circuits, digital creation tools, media equipment, and supporting technologies that enhance hands-on learning and creative production. Goal 5: Design Flexible, Student-Centered Learning Environments Develop STEAM and studio spaces that promote collaboration, creativity, exploration, and safety through purposeful room design, flexible furniture, clearly defined learning zones, and integration of technology and storage solutions. Goal 6: Establish a Sustainable, Long-Term PartnershipProject Goals Bath Community School District seeks to implement a comprehensive elementary school STEAM learning solution aging, equitable learning experience for all students in grades k 5.
