Vendors are invited to submit a bid for Filter First Fixture Replacement Installation for the Ida Public School District located at 3145 Prairie Street, Ida, MI 48140. Bids must be clearly marked Filter First and addressed to the attention of the Superintendent's Office. The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Owner, will serve the best interests of the Owner. Bidding documents may be obtained on the district's website. BUILDING AND LOCATIONS IN IDA, MI 48140 1. Ida Elementary School (IES). Address: 7900 Ida Street 2. Ida Middle School (IMS). Address: 3143 Prairie Street 3. Ida High School (IHS). Address: 3145 Prairie Street 1. The existing fixture to be removed or retrofitted and the new fixture to be installed with the necessary trim. 2. Remove and dispose ofthe existing fixture off-site. 3. Installation ofthe new fixture including but not limited to all necessary supply, sanitary, and vent piping from the existing fixture removal. 4. Caulking of all new fixtures and all clean . Receiving and offloading all fixtures. The supplier will deliver the fixtures to the receiving area for each building. The contractor is to place each fixture in the building at a location designated by the District for storage. 6.
