Renovation of an educational facility in Bedford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a Cooling Tower Replacement project at Bedford Elementary School, to be received on a lump sum basis under separate contract categories: HVAC Construction and Electrical Construction. Bids must be accompanied by a 10% bid guarantee. The construction work constitutes a public works project subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, the National Apprenticeship Act, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities. Arrangements to visit the site must be made with the Chief Operations Officer and visitors must adhere to the school district's sign-in and identification procedures.
