Sealed bids are invited for the HVAC and Electrical Contracts for the Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds Spectator Building and Emergency Shelter. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Town Supervisor, and labeled with the contract title for either Contract 3 - HVAC or Contract 4 - Electrical. Included in the HVAC construction are ducts, vents, louvers, piping, equipment, and associated accessories for a complete HVAC system installation. b) Item No .2 - Field Order Allowance Electrical (E) - The Electrical Contract is responsible for all Contract Requirements and General Requirements (Division 0 and 01), and all work specifically indicated on the Electrical and Fire Alarm Drawings, and such work types, including Demolition and cutting and patching as specifically required to complete the work ofthe Electrical and Fire Alarm installation.
