Project No. 2243414.01 Phase 2 Track Refrigeration Piping Installation for the Sliding Track Modernization at Mt Van Hoevenberg in Lake Placid, NY. Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times. Only Registered Bidders shall be allowed to submit a Bid. To become a Registered Bidder and to obtain Bidding Documents, the following information shall be submitted: Organizational Name and Mailing Address, Primary and Secondary Contact Names, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses. (Secondary Contact is MANDATORY). Requests shall be made online using the provided link. Bidding documents will be distributed electronically. Refer to Project Manual. Question Deadline 01/23/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Direct all conflicts, errors, discrepancies or questions regarding the intent or meaning of the drawings or specifications to the Olympic Regional Development Authority in writing. Such requests shall be sent by email in PDF format with receipt request, or by postal service.
