Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of three Industrial Supply Wells designated as ISW-19, ISW-22, and ISW-24, and abandoning two wells (ISW-4.5R and ISW-5.25) as outlined in Section 04300 Well Abandonment. All work must be performed in accordance with the provided plans and specifications and must comply with all applicable codes. Contractors are required to coordinate and cooperate with work performed by others. Bidders must be Licensed Florida Contractors meeting the minimum Project Experience requirements. The proposed work will be contracted to a licensed Florida General Contractor and consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and materials necessary to perform the following construction work for the Solid Waste Authority (AUTHORITY) Palm Beach Renewable Energy Park Industrial Supply Wells (ISW) System located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. The construction of three (3) Industrial Supply Wells as shown in the Drawings and as specified herein.
