Bids are requested for Janitorial Services for six locations: 678 Haddon Avenue, 30 W. Collings Avenue, 771 Haddon Avenue, 215 Hillcrest Avenue, 610 Harrison Avenue, and seasonally, the restrooms at Roberts Pool in Collingswood, New Jersey. Bidders must have at least 10 years' experience providing similar services. One contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for all six sites. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and NJAC 17:27, et seq. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to make awards to the most advantageous bidder(s) according to the Borough's judgment, and to waive informalities as permitted by law.
