Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY Sealed bids are requested for NJDOT Trust Fund Improvements to Linden Avenue in the Borough of Collingswood, Camden County, New Jersey. Bidders must submit bids using forms prepared by Remington & Vernick Engineers, in sealed envelopes with the bidder's name and address, and the project reference on the outside. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, up to $20,000, as well as a certificate letter from a surety company agreeing to provide a completion bond. The contract award is contingent on the availability of funds and necessary government permits. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and provide disclosure of stockholders and business registration for themselves and any subcontractors.
