Reinstatement of the wastewater equalization pond at the Jasper Wastewater Treatment Plant. The pond, previously decommissioned, must be restored with an appropriate liner and associated infrastructure to ensure emergency and seasonal surge capacity. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants is underway. Deadline for application to EPA with design documents is June 30, 2026 Deadline for construction completion is December 31, 2027. Further update pending award of contract.
