The facility will include classrooms, conference rooms, and support spaces such as an office, an open plan for workstations, locker rooms with restrooms and showers, a break room, storage, a janitor's closet, and utility rooms. The scope of work also includes all materials, labor, and associated sitework required for full completion in accordance with the construction documents to be developed. Architect of Record (Architect) for this project is Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc. The total estimated construction budget for the above effort is $13,990,000. The estimated time of construction is twelve (12) months.
