Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project generally includes (but is not limited to): constructing a new 1.5-acre park in downtown Glen Ellyn. Work involves asphalt parking lot demolition, earthwork, storm utilities, electric utilities, concrete sidewalks, unit pavers, stone retaining wall, and site furniture. The Board of Park Commissioners of the Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive bid formalities, and accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the District's best interest.
