Kitchell Contractors is serving as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of the Harris County Sheriff Office Swift Water Rescue Training Facility. Competitive Sealed Proposals are sought for a list of trade services at 1731 Hugh Road, Houston, TX 77067. The following trades are requested: sitework/utilities, concrete, steel, PEMB, CMU, D/F/H, overhead coiling door, glass, resinous flooring, ACT, paint, swift water rescue training tank, window treatments, fire sprinkler, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and pavement markings. Proposals should include anticipated percentages of subcontractor, sub-tier contractor, or material supplier participation with a focus on MWBE/HUB involvement.
