Renovation of a medical facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Replacement of inverted roof cover at Royal University Hospital for wings A, B, C, and F (project 9213) and the replacement of Bitumen Roofing (project 9227). TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from consultants is underway. The consultant shall perform prime consultant services including the design of the roof system, development of project documents, detailed drawings, tendering, project management, and contract administration for the specified sections. Tasks include a detailed measurement of the roof, identification of roof top equipment and vents, and development of sealed roof layout drawings on CAD. The consultant is also expected to review and provide recommendations for repairs to the roof system. Designs must comply with applicable CAN/CSA standards and current building codes as well as any relevant Saskatchewan Health Authority policies and procedures. Construction is planned for 2026.
