Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Red Bluff, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The City is proposing to renovate an existing parking lot, install a new spray ground with tall elements, construct a bandshell mono-slope steel shade structure (amphitheater), add athletic equipment, and build a new pickleball court and restroom. All work is to be in conformance with attached Plans and Specifications titled RED BLUFF RIVER PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT. A Building Permit and Encroachment Permit shall be obtained by the Contractor prior to the start of work and the fee waived by the City. The Contractor and each subcontractor shall obtain a valid, current City of Red Bluff Business License on or before their commencement of work on the project. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3300 of the Public Contracts Code, the Contractor to whom a bid is awarded for this project shall possess, on or before the date of the award, a valid, current contractor's license of the classification required for the project. In addition, each subcontractor shall possess a valid, current contractor's license for their classification prior to commencement of their work on the project.
