Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Red Bluff, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
**As of February 4, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project includes renovation of an existing parking lot, installation of a new spray ground with tall elements, construction of a bandshell mono-slope steel shade structure (amphitheater), addition of athletic equipment, and construction of a new pickleball court and restroom. Bidders must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relation (DIR) and submit certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner. The successful bidder will be required to pay at least the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the DIR. Contract documents may be purchased from the city or downloaded from www.publicpurchase.com, with instructions for accessing the site available on the city's website under the RFP's tab. Sealed proposals are to be submitted to the City of Red Bluff office.
