Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are requested for Tradition Municipal Utility District No. 1, Street Light Improvements to serve Tradition Phase 6A. The project scope includes installation of approximately 18 street lights and all related appurtenances. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract and execute the bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after notification. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The Owner may accept the bid of any responsible person deemed most advantageous to the District and resulting in the best and most economical completion of the project. If awarded, bidders must provide a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) and a Verification of Compliance with Government Code Chapters 2252 and 2270 form.
