Site work for a civil project in Clovis, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: This project includes capping approximately 11 acres of the eastern slope of Cells 1-4 at the Clovis Regional Solid Waste Facility. The work includes, but is not limited to: Mobilization and demobilization, surveying, installation of erosion and sediment controls, removal of vegetation, installing additional intermediate cover material, excavating waste and transporting to the active Subtitle D working face, preparing subgrade and fine grading, installing the capping system, connection of the cap liner to the base liner, installing surface water management controls, establishing permanent vegetation, and appurtenant items described in the project manual.
