Separate sealed proposals are requested for the Pembroke Central School District 2023 Capital Improvement Project - Phase 3. Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: Site Contract, General Trades Contract, Mechanical (HVAC) Contract, Electrical/Voice/Data Contract, and Plumbing Contract. Bids must be submitted in the prescribed form and manner, prepared in duplicate, and enclosed in an envelope with the name and address of the bidder and the title of work. Each contract bid must be submitted in a separate envelope if submitting for multiple contracts. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee. Bidders are required to submit a valid NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Certificate of Registration with their bid. Applications for registration are not acceptable substitutes. Bids must comply with conditions of employment and minimum wage rates as required. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the school district.
