Description

Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Southampton, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Engineering Design and Permitting Services for Trout Pond Culvert Replacement and Fish Passage The term of this Contract shall begin at the date of execution of the contract by the Town Supervisor or his designee, and shall expire two (2) years thereafter. The Town shall have the option to renew the contract for the amount of time, in its sole discretion, the Town deems necessary to complete the Project. Each proposal must be submitted to the Town Clerk s Office in a sealed envelope clearly marked Engineering Design and Permitting Services for Trout Pond Culvert Replacement and Fish Passage with your company name. Only the pages containing sidebars are to be returned with your proposal. Proposers must comply with all Federal, State, and local laws. The Town Board of the Town of Southampton reserves the right to waive any informalities in proposals received and/or reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
