Tupper Boathouse Rehabilitation - Plumbing Construction. Specifications are available online and must be downloaded or printed by prospective bidders, as no copies will be distributed by the Town Clerk's Office or any other office. Bidders must visit the New York Department of Labor website, search for the PRC # 2026000480, and review the original prevailing wage schedule applicable to employees under this project. Each bidder must submit with their bid a certified check or bond equal to five percent of the total bid, payable to the Town of Southampton, as bid security. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title, company name, and phone number, using the mailing label provided in the bid packet. Only the pages containing headers are to be returned with the bid. An optional site inspection/walk-through will be held on the date and time indicated on the coversheet. Bidders must comply with all Federal, State, and local laws. Project number - BP2026-0003, BP2026-0004, BP2026-0005 Resolved, That the Town Board of the Town of Southampton Hereby Amends the Notice to Bidders for Tupper Boathouse Rehabilitation Plumbing Construction to Extend the Bid Opening Date; Be It Further Resolved, That the Town Clerk is Hereby Directed to Publish a Notice of This Extension in the Official Newspaper of the Town.
